Applicants are required to do the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Fill in the attached ZRP Form 137<\/a>;<\/li>\n
  2. Make an appointment with the Embassy for the fingerprints. The coast at the Embassy is 200 Swedish Kronor in cash and in exact amount.<\/li>\n
  3. Or make an appointment for fingerprints with any Police Station which does fingerprints.<\/li>\n
  4. Make payment of US$75, or the equivalent by telegraphic transfer to the Account No. provided below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
