- Requirements at CVR:
- National ID number as it appears on the driver’s licence;
- Driver’s license number and class as they appear on the license:
- Copy of driver’s license;
- Copy of passport.
- Bring the confirmation letter and two (2) Passport photos to the Embassy.
- The cost at the Embassy is 200 Swedish Kronor in cash and in exact amount.
