Applicants are required to do the following:
- Fill in the attached ZRP Form 137;
- Make an appointment with the Embassy for the fingerprints. The coast at the Embassy is 200 Swedish Kronor in cash and in exact amount.
- Or make an appointment for fingerprints with any Police Station which does fingerprints.
- Make payment of US$75, or the equivalent by telegraphic transfer to the Account No. provided below:
